Artist Statement
During stay in Iran, I visited Zoroastrian and Islamic mosques and other places, I encountered their symmetrical, fascinating and geometric patterns. Their art was visionary form implying the root of inspiration far removed from the reality and the pattern gradually turned into an abstract form. Finally the original shape was totally removed, only geometric form left. The geometric form that was definitely beautiful but obsessively symmetrical at the same repeatedly embraced huge world and its pattern was just like infinite abyss.
